Selecting a Catering Company

When it comes to catering for large parties, Italian cuisine definitely fits the bill. Whether you’re planning to celebrate a special occasion with Salvo’s Pizza, in need of catering for a social gathering or even have a corporate event, Italian always goes down well with all the guests.

Chosen as a venue, Salvo’s Pizza is a great solution as all locations have ample space to accommodate small parties from 5 all the way up to 70 guests. Plus, minus or exact numbers, our venues have enough room for everyone to move around and socialise. Our locations can set the atmosphere that will compliment the theme or style of your party. It could be a super formal event or a chilled casual gathering, we cater to your individual needs.

Each location has the facilities and know-how to make your visit enjoyable for all guests and are disability accessible so all can join and menu adaptations to suit your guests’ dietary requirements.

How can I feed the masses?

The trick is to stick with a menu that will go down well with all guests. Pizza and Italian food can be the most optimal because who doesn’t like pizza or spaghetti? We have done the hard work by putting together a set menu that caters to everyone. From vegetarians to picky-eating kids, Salvo’s Pizza and Italian food can offer a range of options for you.

You can take a look at one of our sample set menus here:

What about the cost?

Pricing is something that can be negotiated depending on the number of guests and the time of day. Catering is something that can be as little as $5 per-head all the way up to $60 a head depending on how well you want to feed the masses. It’s a good idea to shop around to see what a different catering company can offer and what they can deliver to guarantee your guests are served properly. Most caterers will require a deposit to secure your booking.

What about the venue

Wherever you are planning to hold the party, you can take a load off by having the catering come to you. If it’s a softball game, a baby shower or even a wake, people need to be fed and arranging where to host is probably the most important factor second to the food. We offer spacious restaurants ideal for a party venue that can host up to 70 people or can deliver to the destination you’ve selected.

Having the Confidence

It can be very stressful organising an event for many people and you’d want the confidence that everything is set for the big day. To do this, wait for the catering company to follow up on when and where your event is taking place, how many people will show up and if the menu is clear to suit your guests’ needs.
